Professional Development
Professional development is an important part of my learning journey because it helps me connect academic study with future employment. During my time at ICL Business School, I have become more aware that professional success requires not only qualifications, but also self-awareness, planning, communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

My Personal, Professional and Learning Goals
My personal goal is to become more confident, disciplined, and balanced in my daily life. As an international student, I have learned that adapting to a new country requires persistence, emotional resilience, and positive self-management. I want to continue improving my time management, maintain a healthy balance between study and personal life, and develop greater confidence in English communication.

Professional Goals
My professional goal is to build a stable and meaningful career in the hospitality industry in New Zealand. I want to use my three years of hotel management experience together with my current academic learning to become a capable and trustworthy professional. I hope to work in an environment where I can contribute through responsibility, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. In the future, I would also like to continue developing leadership and coordination skills so that I can take on greater responsibilities.
Learning Goals
My learning goal is to improve my academic writing, critical thinking, and presentation skills. I also want to become more confident in applying classroom knowledge to real workplace situations. Because English is a key part of my academic and professional development, I am also committed to improving my spoken and written English so that I can participate more actively and effectively in study and work environments.

Action Plan
To achieve these goals, I will continue to attend classes actively, complete assignments carefully, seek feedback from lecturers and peers, and reflect on my progress regularly. I will also keep updating my CV, improving my LinkedIn profile, and preparing myself for future employment opportunities by strengthening both my academic and workplace skills. In addition, I am currently seeking part-time opportunities in the hotel and hospitality industry so that I can gain local experience while continuing to learn and grow.
