Professional development is an important part of my learning journey because it helps me connect academic study with future employment. Through my studies at ICL Business School, I am continuing to improve my knowledge, communication skills, and professional confidence for future opportunities in the hotel industry in New Zealand.

My personal goal is to become more confident, disciplined, and balanced in my daily life.By the end of this year, I want to become more confident in professional communication by speaking more actively in class and participating in group discussions at least once in every session.
