About Me
This section introduces my background, career goals, self-assessment, and the values that shape my academic and professional development.

Personal Introduction
My name is Ivy . I am currently studying at ICL Business School in Auckland, New Zealand. I have three years of hotel management experience, which helped me develop practical skills in customer service, team coordination, daily operations, problem-solving, and communication with guests from different backgrounds.

Career Goals and Purpose of Study
My long-term career goal is to build a stable and meaningful career in the hotel industry in New Zealand. I want to continue developing my professional skills, improve my English communication, and strengthen my ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. The purpose of my study is not only to gain academic knowledge, but also to prepare myself for future career opportunities and long-term personal growth.

self-evaluation
Based on my self-evaluation, one of my key strengths is responsibility. I take my work seriously and always try to complete tasks to a high standard. I am also hardworking, positive, and willing to learn. Through my studies and previous hotel management experience, I have developed resilience, patience, and a strong service mindset.
At the same time, I recognise some areas for improvement. I still need to improve my public speaking confidence, academic writing, and ability to express complex ideas more fluently in English. Understanding these strengths and weaknesses helps me continue growing both academically and professionally.
