Personal Introduction
My name is Ivy . I am currently studying at ICL Business School in Auckland, New Zealand. I have three years of hotel management experience, which helped me develop practical skills in customer service, team coordination, daily operations, problem-solving, and communication with guests from different backgrounds.
Career Goals and Purpose of Study
My long-term career goal is to build a stable and meaningful career in the hospitality industry in New Zealand. I want to continue developing my professional knowledge, improve my English communication skills, and strengthen my ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. The purpose of my study is not only to gain academic knowledge, but also to prepare myself for future professional opportunities and long-term personal growth.
Self-Assessment
One of my strengths is responsibility. I take my work seriously and always try to complete tasks to a high standard. I am also hardworking, positive, and willing to learn. Through my study and previous work experience, I have developed resilience, patience, and a strong service mindset. At the same time, I know that I still need to improve my public speaking confidence, academic writing, and ability to express complex ideas more fluently in English.
